Brick Lane Music Hall is working with four schools this summer to stage musical productions of Mary Poppins. The first performances were in Selwyn Primary, Plaistow, where a talented cast of budding young stars have been put through their paces by the Music Hall team over the past few weeks.

Vincent Hayes MBE, explains “This is such a great opportunity for the children and for the schools. There are always a few children that really take people’s breath away, especially when they might have been really quiet in class, but suddenly reveal a different side of themselves. The children gain confidence that will help them throughout their lives.
