March 16, 2017St George’s Day Show
April 16, 2017“My sincerest thanks and gratitude to all our friends at Brick Lane, you are just simply the best.” Kevin Jenkins OBE, Founder, Ambition, Aspire, Achieve.
The benefit night held at Brick Lane Music Hall raised over £14,000 of much-needed funds to help launch the new Newham youth charity Ambition, Aspire, Achieve. Through its work, the charity hopes to guide young people through the key aims set out in its name, providing them with the esteem to have ambition, the confidence to aspire and the skills to achieve.
Brick Lane Music Hall donated all proceeds from ticket sales on the sell-out night to the charity, and Vincent Hayes encouraged the audience to bid generously during an auction of donated prizes including tea at the House of Commons and beauty treatments at a local salon.
In thanks, Kevin Jenkins told Vincent “Your support has enabled AAA to build a strong foundation, which we can now build on into the future and make real sustainable differences for our area’s most disadvantaged, vulnerable and at risk children and young people. There are just no words to convey the depth of gratitude that we hold.”
